The work was multifarious and our requirement was for a building inspection company that could cater to different components like building condition assessment including its structural assessment, roof and electrical assessment along with providing us with all expected repair and renovation estimates which we would have to bear over the course of time. We found Pryco to be of utmost competence and they were able to provide us with professional services at competent prices.They carried out the structural design and inspection work with their team of trained structural engineers who supervised the construction in the most professional manner. We have been able to grow our business immensely due to our physical infrastructure being capable of handling our import and export business. I needed a fence line surveyed and Titan came highly recommended. It was good advice.I called on Saturday night around 9:00 expecting to leave a message, but Patrick (the owner) picked up and booked me in for Thursday morning the next week. He told me the estimated price and explained why it might decrease or increase based on my specific lot.Patrick arrived on time despite his experiencing a family emergency that morning, neatly staked the property line, and invoiced an amount within his original estimate. When I had a question later that day, he took my call immediately without additional charge.Patrick helped us find one area where our original fence was seriously encroaching on the neighbour’s property, and so helped us avoid a potentially serious argument and potential rebuild down the road.Professional, courteous, prompt, and affordable. After reviewing proposals from several different firms, our Condominium in White Rock hired Adrian, of AWQS Consulting, to produce a Depreciation Report (DR). We were impressed with his background and existing references. In the end, our expectations were more than met. Adrian handled the process of writing the report--the collection of background documents, obtaining quotes and estimates for the repairs and maintenance issues that needed to be addressed in the DR--very professionally and in a timely fashion. The DR was well received by Council, and Adrian helped Council provide an overview of the DR to everyone in the building. We have followed through on several of the recommendations in his report, and found that his estimates were consistent with the quotes we received. As such, I would highly recommend AWQS Consulting if you are looking for a DR for your Condo. We certainly look forward to working with him when time comes to revisit the Depreciation Report in the future.
